Your site insinuates that this woman "picked up" Jake off of the owners property. Is this the case?
I was really shock that the owner of Jake is refusing to pay out the reward. Man! That's sad I'm pretty sure the next time something like this happens i dont think people will help. All that media attention that was given on the dog and it's owner. and Now he dosen't want to pay out the reward! Becasue he insinuates that the women stole the dog!!
Shame on you Adam! I hope Jake bites you one day in the butt!
